We begin with a 30-minute chat focused on the first issue you want to tackle, whether it’s becoming a non-smoker, improving sleep, or resolve any other matter.

2. HYPNOTHERAPY

We schedule a hypnotherapy session,  you receive a 60 – 90 minute session, to focus on the priorities you want to achieve.

3 . FOLLOW UP

A follow up consultation is included to discuss the the progress you’ve made. follow up a week later to discuss your experiences, and any shifts.
